Concept Design

Concept design is the initial phase of development where abstract ideas and core functionalities are defined, researched, and sketched to establish a project's foundational approach before detailed design begins. It focuses on solving problems by outlining the "what" rather than the final "how," serving as a bridge between brainstorming and technical creation.

Technical Pack

In this phase, all necessary drawings, specifications and bills of quantities are prepared for the implementation of the already specified conceptual design. The technical project includes the necessary drawings for all subcontractors and furniture makers. We work with trusted companies who prepare price offers tailored to the market and our client's budget. The technical project includes a general layout plan, drawings for wall and floor finishes, soffits [ceiling plans], lighting plans and complete electrical installation [high-current and low-current], plumbing and HVAC installations, detailed drawings of all custom-made furniture, characteristic details, door specifications and general bills of quantities.

3D Visualisations

To specify the final vision of the interior, three-dimensional photorealistic visualizations of the rooms are developed. Through them, the client gets a complete idea of how the spaces will look in finished form. The working methods allow for changes to be made to the design until the perfect desired result is achieved. Once the client is completely satisfied with the design, work begins on the implementation of the project.
